The Cypress Car Wash is looking for a high school or college student to help out one day a week!
We are offering a leadership internship for a student.
Students will learn:
How to survey customers to see what features they wish the car wash had
How to outline weekly events to customers to get customers coming back
How to communicate with customers so they feel happy and heard
How to give away a gift to each customer to make sure they are happy with the service
Students work about 3-6 hours on a Saturday (or maybe another afternoon/evening)
Students compile their findings into a brief report to share the status of customer satisfaction
Students will not need to clean the car wash, we already have someone to do this
